Do you support renewing and even ramping up tax breaks for solar, wind, geothermal AND actually paying for it by eliminating oil tax breaks?

Hope Tinklenberg mentions that an Energy Information Administration study showed Bachmann's plan won't have any impact on oil prices at all until 2030.
EIA also says there are 5 Billion barells of proven reserves that that are not being produced for no other reason than the oil companies don't want to set up the infrastructuce.

Jeff, That EIA study is based on oil being $60/bbl. in 2020.
Frankly, I'd love starting from a $60/bbl. baseline.
